With the help of my good friend Richard I've just completed the project and it looks fantastic. I can't wait to show it to you guys.

I wish I could have chronicled the whole thing but unfortunately time simply did not permit. I know, I know so much for the daily posts but never fear I'm back and I've got a ton new stuff to share.

Wow Seem to Be Needing My Glasses More and More

I never used to use my glasses all that much. Sure I squinted a bit at the small type but I got by. Mostly just used them when I was tired. Weird thing is the more I used them the more I needed them. Pretty soon I was hooked. Now I'm just another glasses junky looking for my glasses fix.

Hey man, I can stop anytime I want.... really...

I can't believe it. Since my last entry I've won the Cancun Lucky 7, the Irish Lottery AND the Brittish lottery AGAIN !!! All total it looks like I've made about $4,687,950. I've got to be the luckiest man alive. It has to be some kind of a sign.

That does it, tomorrow I quit the day job and go on a spending spree. Sky's the limit.

Went down to the bank today and had a little chat with the branch manager. He couldn't believe my good fortune, even after I showed him the email (Lucky for me I brought along my printouts).

If I didn't know any better I think he might even have been a little jealous. I mean at first he wouldn't even consider opening my account for the deposits but eventually my persistence paid off and he saw the light....I guess it was just perseverance and good old fashioned logic that convinced him in the end... That and the five spot I slid across his desk. I guess those guys just aren't used to getting tips. You should have seen the look on his face. Oh well, like they say money talks.

Won't he be surprised when, by this time next week, the first couple of million start rolling in? I can't wait to see the look on his face.

UK LOTTERY and More !!!!

You're probably wondering where I've been ...Well I've got great news everyone!!! Looks like I'm the lucky winner of the UK Lottery...I mean really, want to talk about luck? That's 7 times in a row... in the last month alone. I mean that's got to be a record or something, right?

Okay, now I'm not supposed to tell you this...so don't say anything... but there's this dude in Nigeria... kind of sad story really. I guess his whole family died in this terrible plane crash. Luckily I'm the only guy he can trust right now. So that's pretty cool. I mean what are the odds??? Anyway if I let him use my bank account to deposit his last 30 million dollars he's going to let me keep 10% for my troubles. You know, when he gets here to the US.

I better get busy now...got to let my bank know I'm going to be depositing some pretty large sums of cash. I hope I don't get that slow teller this time.

Racketball to the head

So I joined the men's racket ball league at my gym. It's a blast and unlike the tennis league I actually have a clue as to what I'm doing out there.

So the other day I'm playing this guy and he hits one about 300 miles an hour right into the back of my head. Honestly I wouldn't think a racket ball to the head would do much, but man, that thing knocked me for a loop. It hit me so hard my hat popped off, I just about dropped my racket and both my shoes flew off.

I guess it's kind of a little payback for the tennis thing although I didn't hit that ball nearly as hard. Plus that was a lot more funny now that I think about it.

Okay so remember the men's league tennis I signed up for.... the one I promised to fill you in on it when I got back from vacation. Well here's how it went. Since I'm not much of a tennis player I'd anticipated being the worst guy there. What I hadn't anticipated was how much more advanced these guys turned out to be. Don't get me wrong they were a great bunch of guys but this was definitely not the beginners night out. So I'm spending my evening trying hard not to suck. For a little while I'm almost able to fake it. Except I don't really know all the rules and have trouble keeping track of the score....so about half way through our match I'm hitting all the loose balls back over the net so the other players can serve...not really paying close attention I look up just as I hear a"THWOK". Turns out I accidentally hit one of the other guys in the head with the ball. A shot I couldn't have made in a million years. Hilarious if I had known the guy...not as funny if your trying to make a good first impression.... Oh well there's always racket ball.

Step 1). Brainstorming

Here's my tip of the day. The most important part of every project is brainstorming. Find a quiet spot to be alone with your thoughts each day. Start with 20 minutes. If 20 minutes turns into 30 or 40 great but make sure you get at least 20 to yourself.

If you've never done this before you might feel silly or fidgety at first. That's okay. Eventually it will pass and this will become the best part of your day. Make sure you find a spot where you will not be interrupted or disturbed and guard this time... it's yours.

Bring a note pad with you. When you are done write down your thoughts. If you don't have any thoughts, that's fine. It may take a little practice to find your focus. The idea is to allow your mind to run freely without the clutter of the rest of your day.

As an artist one of the most distressing things to me is the lack of visuals on most of the blogs I read. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all the incredible information available out there. I read a bunch... but I have a hard time keeping up. I mean there are just so many good ones out there and only so many hours in a day. Information overload I guess you could say.

Remember when you were a kid and the main reason you picked up a book was to look at the pictures. Never mind the story, if you liked the pictures that was enough. That's kind of the idea behind this blog. Just pictures and as little text as possible.
